We have received information from Auckland Libraries that they have purchased some new Dutch language books for both children and adults. They are available from all 55 Auckland Libraries branches, which are located from Wellsford to Waiuku and Pukekohe, from East Coast Bays to Howick and Henderson.

Included are new books from Esther Verhoef, Simone van der Vlugt, Suzanne Vermeer, Adriaan van Dis, Anna Enquist, Tessa de Loo an vele anderen; boeken met de tekeningen van Peter van Straaten, de Bosatlas van Nederland van Boven, en kookboeken van Nina de Bruijn of Femke Creemers en nog meer.

There is no charge for requesting the books.

The Auckland Libraries website features monthly lists of new titles added to the collections; the list of books in the Dutch language appears under the heading “Community Languages” and then “Dutch”. New Dutch titles are listed for the months of June and July 2015.
