AGM ANNOUNCEMENT
Dear Members,
This year’s AGM will be held on Sunday 28th June from 2.30pm to 4pm at Holland House. A committee nomination form is available through this link for nominations for the committee election. Please return your nomination form by Sunday 21 June 2026. If you post your nomination form please post it as soon as you can, as it must be received on or before Sunday 21 June, so that proxy documents can be prepared. Nominations can also be emailed to secretary@hollandhouse.org.nz. Babette Maas will step down as a committee member. We have space for one enthusiastic committee member to join our team. If you feel connected to our club and would like to help maintain our Dutch culture and heritage and progress our club into the future, please put your nomination forward or feel free to discuss with one of the Committee members.
Proxy voting is an option under the Club’s constitution and proxy forms will be available for anyone wishing to vote by proxy. Once the nomination period has closed, proxy documents will be prepared and distributed to anyone who wishes to vote by proxy. To save on printing and mailing costs this will be by email for members who have an email address, otherwise we will post them out.
If you wish to participate in the AGM but do not wish to attend in person, then please contact our secretary Virginia Burns by Sunday 21 June 2026 by submitting your proxy vote document, or send a signed proxy form to P O Box 17386, Greenlane, Auckland 1546.
